Responsibilities

  • Carrying out operational sales activities tasks to support the Sales Manager and Account Managers in Abu Dhabi.
  • Processing GRR, daily meeting with the Country manager for daily report, follow up and updating all the reports for AE, arranging the delivery process with the Account Managers and the Customer
  • Managing the daily orders, and order processing, coordinating with demand planner on stock availability and business operation on order delivery, proforma invoices, daily report including the MTD, and pending for Dubai and Abu Dhabi team.
  • To manage administrative activities that falls outside of the routine processes.
  • To ensure that orders are being generated and issued by the relevant salespeople with at most data accuracy.
  • To ensure that each customer/channel partner receives exemplary customer service and act as an in house back up for the sales team
  • To support the Account Managers to achieve the targets set by the company on specific accounts/channel partners
  • Provide telephone support to channel partners and Account Managers when on the road
  • To work as an effective team player and assist the account managers as and when requested, particularly with major deals
  • Filing to be done on a daily basis and ensure that documents can be easily and readily located
  • Update the sales database as required and provide the sales manager with required reports
