Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the overall business change approach and plan, working with key stakeholders in our Finance team (e.g. Process Owners) to understand the key changes and identify what is required to embed new ways of working.
  • Work with Process Owners to design and deliver interventions for Finance and business teams e.g. communications, training, end-user support; the deployment of change should consider all areas of ITV and reflect a colleague-centric ethos.
  • Design and manage a process to gather feedback and work with Process Owners to address.
  • Work with Finance Leadership to equip them with the relevant messages and tools to lead during a period of ongoing change.
  • Understand and manage stakeholders’ requirements and expectations to ensure stakeholder understanding and buy-in - within Finance and across the rest of the business.
  • Create and maintain a strong relationship with other teams (e.g. Internal Communications, programme teams) to ensure engagement activities are aligned to ITV guidelines and plans.
  • Support ongoing development of ITV change methodologies and materials to build change capability.
