The primary responsibilities include managing key garment manufacturers, driving overall strategy in the NA Military Thermal segment, executing mid & long-term growth strategies, developing key account strategies, and promoting the sale of Nomex® and Kevlar® solutions.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Approximately 15-20% travel is also expected.
Is there a preference for experience in this role?
Yes, a preference is given to candidates with 3+ years as sales professionals, experience managing multiple channel accounts, contract negotiation experience, and technical knowledge of DuPont™ Nomex® and/or Kevlar® protective apparel products.
How much travel is required for this position?
Approximately 15-20% travel is required, but the position can be home office based.
What is the expected salary range for this role?
The pay range for this role is $118,370.00 - $186,010.00 annually.
