Responsibilities

  • Identifier les besoins en matière de recrutement de votre périmètre et en assurer la gestion en lien avec les managers avec un volet de mobilités interne important (définition du besoin, publication, analyse et tri des candidatures, entretiens et proposition de salaire)
  • Gérer le volet contractuel des dossiers traités (contrat de travail, avenant au contrat)
  • Participer au processus d’intégration, d’accueil et de suivi des nouveaux arrivants
  • Participer aux campagnes annuelles (entretiens de performance, entretien professionnels, revues d’effectifs), analyser les remontées et décliner les plans d’action associés
  • Assurer la production de reportings sociaux annuels (Index égalité HF, Bilan Social, Rapport situation comparée)
  • Participer à la gestion de dossiers individuels (mobilité, disciplinaire, départs etc)
  • Participer aux démarches RSE déployées par SERAMM auprès de nos partenaires (notamment sur le volet insertion)
  • Assurer le conseil RH aux managers de votre périmètre
