Responsibilities

  • Établir l’aménagement de la ligne d’assemblage
  • Analyser les flux des avions, des pièces, équipements et des personnes
  • Animer les ateliers Kaizen pour mettre en place les solutions et impliquer les équipes
  • Établir les besoins détaillés en main d'œuvre (postes, métier, quart de travail)
  • Déterminer les capacités théoriques des secteurs (hommes et espaces)
  • Créer la planification journalière du travail (chartes de travail)
  • Collecter, caractériser et maintenir les données sectorielles (charges, capacité, équipement, espaces...)
  • Observer les postes de travail pour identifier les opportunités de réduction des opérations à Non-valeur ajoutée
