  • Act as a thought partner for the team’s SVP and GPS product leadership team
  • Develop materials to facilitate product performance-tracking forums (e.g., OKRs, KPIs) with cross-functional and cross-regional teams
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Corporate Strategy, and other key cross-functional leaders to optimize economic performance and drive execution phase of strategic projects
  • Create, implement, and drive operating rhythms, relevant artifacts, and team events to enable better communications and engagement up, down, and across functions & teams; optimize cadences, drive agenda and prep for internal team rhythms, management/executive reviews
  • Support the organization's overall financial budget (expense, FTE, etc.)
  • Mature and standardize the way the organization communicates across PayPal
  • Identify and execute organizational efficiency opportunities
  • Comply with and positively influence standards set by CEO Staff
  • Drive strong organizational morale and engagement
