  • Registered Professional Engineer in Colorado.
  • 5-10 years of civil engineering design experience.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interact with clients and multi-discipline team members.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Civil Engineer in the development of feasibility/planning studies, geometric design schematics, construction plans, specifications and cost estimates.
  • Lead daily coordination of site design, roadway design, grading and drainage design, stormwater pollution prevention plans, signage and pavement marking design.
  • Coordinate with PMs, EITs, designers and drafters.
  • Review shop drawings, perform field observations, and facilitate the construction administration process. Develop project proposals, scopes, budgets, and manage execution and tracking of projects.
  • Complete projects within client specifications, budgets and schedules.
  • Assist in preparation of project reports including feasibility studies, implementation plans, engineering summary reports, and drainage impact analyses.
  • Coordinate meetings (on-line and in-person), preparation of meeting agendas, and distribution of meeting minutes.
