  • Managing a satisfactory workload of own files
  • Preparing technical referrals including coverage and reserving recommendations for review by Senior Staff
  • Instructing and controlling external service suppliers, including external legal counsel. Panel firms and adjusters and monitoring expenditure
  • Ensuring full compliance with all Kennedys procedures and policies, service standards
  • Relationship building, developing Kennedys market recognition and promoting the Claims Team
  • Actively participating in and contributing to system and process improvements initiatives and innovations across the Kennedys Claims operation as required.
