Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of secretarial and clerical duties, including dictation and transcription of correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Schedule center review board hearing and prepare files for necessary documents.
  • Assist in orientation of students on behavioral management system, disciplinary procedures and incentive awards.
  • Maintain records and files.
  • Maintain appropriate office supplies.
  • Distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, answer telephone, and convey messages.
