  • Familiarity with client/customer relationship management (CRM)tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with database tools, applications, and datasets (e.g.Dun and Bradstreet) to drive marketplace and client segment profiling; and opportunity identification and prioritization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project support and analytical assistance to the firm’s Market Intelligence Director for myriad projects on an “as identified” basis to identify, size, and evaluate opportunities (both marketplace and current client base opportunities)
  • Build performance monitoring BI reports to evaluate the success of marketing, communication, and sales programs. Build profiles and reports that drive insights to stakeholders at agreed upon milestones to assist with program optimization and evaluation. Refresh and maintain tools when needed.
  • Beyond support of ad hoc or complex analysis, recognize opportunity for efficiency by developing self-help tools and resources and maintaining an understanding of existing resources that support the end-user needs. Recognize opportunity to develop client/market inquiry tools that provide self-help support. Refresh and maintain tools when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
