Responsibilities

  • Clients database : assure the accuracy of the database (correct informations, merge duplicates).
  • Follow-up actions : pursue and coordinate the team on follow-ups on clients
  • Clientelling hours with the team.
  • Events and animations : develop the target list, follow the call campaign in store, control the attendance, pursue the follow-up actions on the attendees in order to maximize the results.
  • OTOs campaigns : organize and follow the OTOs campaigns in store.
  • Clients’ treatments : responsable for clients’ targeting, invitation process, ROI for HQ treatments ; treatments proposals and organizational support for local initiatives.
  • Gifting: responsable for the correct use of the clients’ gifts stock and coordination of the gifting actions (local celebration).
  • Support the team in offering a high end service in store (VIP room experience)
  • Develop and retain partnerships for recruiting.
  • Share figures and objectives on local clients on a weekly basis + dashboard study and analysis monthly
