Responsibilities

  • Client Retention & Engagement Marketing: E2E delivery of client retention programs including all client comms, EDMs, client stories/testimonials, client webinars, user group strategy
  • Client Advocacy: The development and execution of client stories/testimonials alongside the campaigns required to promote
  • Partner Program Management: Responsible for the overall accountability of the Partner Marketing program, including management of a Partner Marketing Coordinator for task execution
  • Internal Comms: The development and execution of internal comms including corporate comms, marketing/growth comms, and other comm projects as requested by the business.
  • PR/thought Leadership: Management and collaboration with our executive Thought Leaders and global stakeholders to facilitate, publish and promote Thought Leadership content through media and public channels.
  • E2E Partner Marketing Program ownership, including PartnerConnect and strategic Partner Initiatives
  • E2E Client Engagement Program ownership
  • Brand Management & Internal Comms, including PR Management (direction from global and management of PR freelance resource)
  • Thought Leadership Initiative Support
