What is the main responsibility of the Clinical Educator?
The main responsibility of the Clinical Educator is to provide educational support related to a designated disease state to patients, Healthcare Professionals, and office staff, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with an active state license, preferably with a BSN and a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, home care, and in neurology or immunology disease states is preferred.
Is prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry required?
While it's preferred, prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is not strictly required but is considered a valuable asset.
How much travel is expected for this role?
Up to 50% travel within the assigned geography is expected, and there may be occasions where travel outside the designated area is necessary.
What kind of training will the Clinical Educator receive?
The Clinical Educator will attend and complete all required training courses and competency assessments related to their role as mandated by Ashfield.
Will I be required to present information to groups?
