What are the primary responsibilities of the Clinical Fellow in Dermatology?
The primary responsibilities include conducting outpatient clinics, performing minor surgery, attending weekly skin cancer MDT meetings, participating in Teledermatology meetings, reviewing urgent referrals from various departments, and participating in ward rounds.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Candidates must have GMC registration, NHS experience, IMT2 experience, a thorough knowledge of Internal Medicine, Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP), and a demonstrated commitment to Dermatology as a specialty. Previous dermatology experience is also desirable.
What is the start date for this position?
The start date for the position is 7th January 2025.
Is previous dermatology experience required?
While previous dermatology experience is desirable, it is not strictly required for the position.

What kind of clinical settings will the Clinical Fellow be working in?
The Clinical Fellow will work in a busy department with outpatient activity in General Dermatology and Skin Cancer clinics, along with specialist clinics such as Hair, Eczema, Hidradenitis Suppurativa, and Complex Skin Cancer.
