  • We are able to offer this opportunity on a part-time or full-time basis and secondments from the Trust will also be considered. You'll also be able to work on a rotational basis across our Trust sites in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire: The Whiteleaf Centre, Littlemore Mental Health Centre and the Warneford Hospital, gaining experience across multi-disciplinary mental health teams.

  • As a Specialist Mental Health Pharmacist, You Will
  • Be responsible for the development of excellent clinical relationships with patients, carers and healthcare professionals, and supporting them with any medication issues that they might have
  • Directly support in person, our patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals via attendance at multidisciplinary team meetings, carrying out medication reviews, taking part in discharge planning and ensuring the correct application of national and local guidance for therapies involving medicines
  • The Oxford Health Pharmacy & Medicines Management service employs approximately 80 staff, predominantly clinical pharmacists, and technicians, supported by dispensary and administrative staff.
