Requirements

  • Basic Qualifications:
  • 0-1 years of experience in Linux/Windows systems administration, database design and optimization, big data analysis, network administration, and dev ops.
  • Majored engineering in one of the branches (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE) or MCA with an aggregate of 65% overall or
  • Basic knowledge in one or many of these IT technologies – Computing / Networking / Databases / Security / Big Data & Analytics / DevOps / Programming
  • Passionate about customers and new technology
  • Experience working within the software development or Internet industries
  • Experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications
  • Demonstrated proficiency in systems administration (Linux/Window), network administration (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing), or programming (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP)
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer focus & Multi-tasking skills
  • Self-starter who is excited about technology
  • Troubleshooting / Support experience
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Effective communication skills to lead technical discussions and engage with customers in both English and Korean
  • Some experience with query analyzers and query tuning / slow query optimization etc.

  • Exposure to Virtualization (VMware, Xen, Hypervisor)
