As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will work primarily with AWS mobile technologies such as Cognito, Device Farm, and Pinpoint, as well as serverless technologies including Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions.
Is there any specific experience needed with operating systems?
Yes, knowledge or experience in system administration and troubleshooting for operating systems (Linux and/or Windows) is essential.
What kind of database knowledge is required?
Candidates should have knowledge or experience with database engines such as MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, SQL Server, or Amazon Aurora, as well as experience in troubleshooting and administering these databases.
What is the work schedule for this position?
The role requires flexibility to work 5 days a week, occasionally on weekends, with schedules that may align to Sunday - Thursday, Tuesday – Saturday, or Monday - Friday.
