Responsibilities

  • - Oversee and manage day to day operations of the (cluster) HR team by delivering on Hyatt’s Leadership Expectations. Your generalist HR leadership role will include Talent Management and Retention, Engagement, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Payroll, Internal Communication, Talent Acquisition/Recruitment and Learning & Development
  • - Establish HR strategy plans and lead the HR team to achieve HR objectives based on the hotel’s annual strategy plan
  • - Administer HR policies and procedures
  • - Prepare the annual HR budget and monthly rolling forecast, ensuring that the department's operational budget is strictly adhered to, all costs are controlled, and expenditures are properly approved
  • - Coaching, supporting and advising Managers and colleagues at all levels, with a hands-on approach
  • - Supporting in the delivery of Hyatt’s EVP and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy across the hotel
  • - Conduct needs analysis, develop, implement, and monitor training programs and materials
  • - Collaboration with the leadership team as a business partner
  • - Work closely with the Corporate/Regional HR function
  • - Take an active role in professional HR organizations
