Responsibilities

  • - Manage a caseload of files involving outstanding Damages and/or Costs, ensuring prompt and accurate case settlements.
  • - Aim to achieve the best outcomes for clients, ensuring successful collection of Client Damages and Costs owed to the Firm.
  • - Manage a caseload of Small Track and Fast Track Litigation.
  • - Ensure accurate payment records.
  • - Act in the best interests of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • - Meet KPIs for income generation, settled cases, and litigation rates.
  • - Commit to personal development.
  • - Assist the Team Manager in coaching and developing less experienced litigators.
