  • Engage in a wide range of IP work including providing general advice, conducting IP due diligence and drafting contracts, including licenses and franchise
  • Collaborate with non-legal IP experts at PwC to advise on IP structuring and commercialisation
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
  • Assist in large global group reorganisations
  • Evaluate client contracts against best practices
  • As a manager, you will have the opportunity to lead projects as well as working on larger projects with more senior members of the team
  • Act as the point of contact for clients and support on work winning activities
  • You will have the opportunity to build your own client base as the practice grows
