  • Drive Accurate Financial Forecasting: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams tochallenge and refine their inputs, ensuring our forecasts are always preciseand realistic. Your insights will be crucial in guiding our business decisions.
  • In-Depth Variance Analysis:Conduct detailed variance analyses to uncover the impact of changes in volume,price, and cost on the P&L. Your expertise will help us understand andnavigate financial fluctuations compared to forecasts, budgets, and previousyears.
  • Present Financial Insights: Be the voice of our financial health by presentingfinancial plans and results at team meetings. Your ability to communicatecomplex financial information will be key to our success.

  • Leverage Advanced Tools:Utilisingexisting tools to leverage reporting (Adaptive, PowerBI, etc).
  • Ad Hoc Analysis and Support: Be the go-to expert for ad hoc data and analysis requestsfrom the Commercial Finance Lead, Sales, and Marketing teams. Your ability toprovide timely and accurate information will be essential in driving ourbusiness forward.
  • Cross functional team:
  • Work closely with theUK Commercial Lead, National Account Managers, and wider finance teams for theOff Trade market.
  • Supporting thewider Off trade team regarding decision making and initiatives. This includesboth Grocery and Impulse channels.
  • Drive a collaborativeworking culture across both the finance and non-finance functions, workingclosely to ensure fulfilment of business requirements whilst encouragingopenness and approachability.
  • Work together withthe other departments to ensure the smooth running of the total operation.
