Requirements

  • Sales experience. You are a sales professional with a desire for a coaching position where you can lead the next generation of sellers through building a foundation of best practices in spaces such as: prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, closing, and value proposition.
  • Exceptional time management skills – you will need to demonstrate the ability to manage a full curriculum while consistently managing, and supporting, the trajectory of at least 10 global graduates (direct reports)
  • Objective decision-making capabilities: you have the ability to make decisions that are best for the firm and the growth of the program.
  • A process-oriented strategy: you use data and analytics to assist in your coaching and mentorship choices.
  • Exhibited flexibility and agility: anything can happen during any given program. You need to be able to show how you can pivot, change course, and still deliver.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills including demonstrable evidence of the ability to credibly interact with, and influence, senior level executives.
  • Strong internal relationships: you have a strong network internally (for internal candidates) or you have the ability to quickly build a strong network internally (for external candidates) so as to best support the career growth of our graduates.
  • Strong leadership skills: you know how to get people behind you and work towards a goal through motivation, empathy, and clear expectations.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Exceptional mentorship and coaching capabilities – particularly with junior level employees

  • Program Design and/or Program Management and/or Instructional Design and/or Curriculum Building experience – one of these should stand out upon application and show a strong handle of that given space.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Early Talent Team to design and deliver a comprehensive commercial program that integrates Fitch Solutions/Fitch Group organizational learning objectives, outcomes, and evaluation processes that calibrate appropriately across business functions (represented by a Fitch “universal” grad curriculum)
  • Partners with the Early Talent Team, as needed, to develop program structure, curriculum and learning materials tailored to the specific needs of the commercial business
  • Liaises with the Early Talent Team to ensure cross-program experiences, networking and exposure.
  • Consistently grow and progress the overall Commercial Graduate Program at Fitch Solutions across three offices (U.S., U.K. and Asia) year over year
  • Consistently track impact, relevancy, and satisfaction of participants based on transparent learning goals and positive impact on day-to-day responsibilities. Take this information further and partner with our internal Early Talent team for further tracking and participant satisfaction.
  • Consistently assess graduate program participants and identify areas for growth, with an understanding of how to appropriately remediate if necessary
  • Track and report upon retention statistics from the program to Senior Management.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and collaborators (including, but not limited to, the Early Talent team) to consistently deliver a best in class graduate program experience
