Responsibilities

  • Supporting the commercial team on drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts for Activision, Blizzard and King entities.
  • Support to the product lawyers on specific game titles including clearance of assets for game development.
  • Legal research.
  • Supporting marketing and PR initiatives, including drafting T&Cs (under supervision).
  • Responsible for handling NDAs across the business.
  • Data Protection - support reviewing data processing agreements with service providers and supporting our privacy lawyers on regulatory change and privacy projects for different parts of the business.
  • Support other teams as needed, such as HR and employment, to ensure the internal processes are followed correctly.
  • General administrative support to Legal Team including preparing, maintaining and updating legal documentation, online filling, processing signatures and document management databases.
