Responsibilities

  • En tant que commercial, vous aurez la charge de déployer la stratégie MCI dans le développement de son activité sur les 4 Thématique A.R.E.S (Energie, Supervision, Régulation Automatisme).
  • En assurant l’adéquation entre les besoins du client et l’offre proposée par MCI.
  • Il étudie et négocie les affaires.
  • Il gère et développe un portefeuille clients.
  • Développement commercial :
  • Accroître le portefeuille clients selon la stratégie ARES.
  • Proposer des solutions de Performance Énergétique et des contrats de maintenance.
  • Mettre en place des supports marketing et élaborer des stratégies commerciales.
  • Prospecter, élaborer des offres techniques et commerciales, et conclure les ventes.
  • Assurer les relances pour les devis et les commandes.
  • Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de ventes.
  • Suivi administratif, technique et financier :
  • Veiller au respect des conditions de paiement et suivre les litiges.
  • Assurer un reporting de l’activité via l’outil de CRM.
  • Veiller à la bonne exécution des affaires et à la satisfaction des clients.
  • Traiter les offres de contrat de maintenance après installation.
  • Sécurité :
  • Intégrer les enjeux de sécurité dans les chiffrages et le traitement des déchets de chantier.
