Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies in partnership with HR and business leaders to attract and retain key talent, leveraging business acumen and compensation expertise.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify competitive risks and opportunities, influence decisions, and ensure compensation actions are aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and administration of compensation plans, programs, and global rewards projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, objectives, and our corporate Total Rewards philosophy.
  • Assess the budgetary impact of compensation decisions, ensuring compliance with regulations and labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance and governance of all compensation plans and programs, identifying risks and participating in various audits.
  • Design and apply compensation-related tools, processes, and resources for managers and employees, and develop educational/training programs to enhance HR partners effectiveness in consulting with managers and supporting key initiatives.
  • Provide consulting and counsel to Executive Leadership on compensation-related issues, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives.
  • Proactively recommend improvements or changes to current compensation programs, policies, and processes to ensure they remain innovative, efficient, and effective.
  • Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses on existing and proposed compensation programs and trends, maintaining awareness of the latest trends and regulations.
