What are the primary responsibilities of the Compensation/Data Analyst?
Responsibilities include conducting data collection and analysis, performing data reviews and reconciliation, conducting job evaluations and compensation analyses, assisting in global job architecture and salary planning processes, partnering with talent acquisition, and managing sensitive data with integrity.
