Responsibilities

  • - Support the Senior Compliance Manager in driving the Council's success in meeting its statutory health and safety obligations as a responsible landlord whilst continuously striving to improve the safety of its residents, properties, compliance, and stock condition.
  • - Lead a small professional team delivering a technical asbestos service, providing senior management with assurance that known asbestos containing materials within its residential stock is being effectively managed.
  • - Ensure and assure robust programs and plans with effective monitoring and management of your team and contractors.
  • - Deliver management surveys, re-inspections, ongoing management, and removal of asbestos containing materials, ensuring an acceptable level of demonstrable compliance.
