Responsibilities

  • - Support the Senior Compliance Manager in driving the Council's success in meeting its statutory health and safety obligations as a responsibly landlord whilst continuously striving to improve the safety of its residents, properties, compliance, and stock condition.
  • - Provide senior management with assurance that gas installations, appliances, and services within its residential stock are being effectively managed.
  • - Ensure and assure robust programs and plans with effective monitoring and management of your team and contractors.
  • - Base these programmes and plans on accurate stock data and information, with key performance indicators tailored to deliver results for all parties.
  • - Play a crucial role in the delivery of landlord gas safety record programme, maintenance and service of associated pipes and meters, communal heating networks, carbon monoxide devices, and the management of remedial tasks and recommendations.
  • - Require quality data and evidence to support all related activities and an acceptable level of demonstrable compliance.
  • - Keep the Council at the forefront of industry standards by delivering a high-quality asset management service and contributing to a culture of trust, by creating a working environment that is supportive and high performing.
