Requirements

  • BS degree in Mathematics and/or Computer Science
  • 3-5 years’ experience as Business Analyst on IT projects
  • 3-5 years’ development experience and strong proficiency in ‘PRODUCT DATA MODELING’ and logic-driven algorithms – in the APTTUS / CONGA CPQ ‘ADMINISTRATOR
  • Strong ability to develop and debug complex logic, algorithms and configuration rules for product data modeling in the APTTUS / CONGA CPQ ‘ADMINISTRATOR
  • SALESFORCE ADMIN and CONGA CPQ 201-202 Certifications
  • Experience with developing and supporting SALESFORCE APEX
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Java, Java Script and SQL skills preferred
  • Understanding of guided selling and concepts
  • General understanding of CRM and ERP applications
  • Basic knowledge of servers, databases, and client-side technology, augmented with solid logic and systems thinking.
  • Deadline-oriented, disciplined, and self-managed
  • Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective working with global, multicultural teams
  • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, problem solving and customer support.
  • Required must be a U.S. Citizen and/or Green Card Holder.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, interpret business rules and requirements.
  • Analyze, understand product specifications and configuration rules.
  • Perform hands on data modeling by writing configuration rules and logic.
  • Create, update and support product data models.
  • Provide production support of CPQ configurators to business users.
  • Lead technical design, documentation, and development efforts.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to team members and assistance with investigating and correcting data modeling and configuration issues.
  • Work with internal IT staff to address configuration issues and incidents
