  • You will work largely in the private sector and concentrate on delivering and implementing large scale transformation projects.
  • In this role, you will support the implementation of business change programs to ensure that they are delivered fully and consistently across organisations. You will implement transformation projects across sectors, ensuring long term project success.
  • You will manage workstreams largely independently with the support of a senior consultant and senior manager. As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of the projects yourself. You will successfully hold client meetings and workshops to achieve the project's objectives. You will drive change and execute initiatives successfully, coaching clients across organisations.
