Responsibilities

  • Executes the reception processes and associated project work for UK.
  • Onshore project work will be execution work that requires a local presence such as aspects of data queries that entail local inspection, contacts, or language.
  • Sample maintenance (recruitment requirements)
  • Panel members motivation (rewards points, gift catalogue, newsletters, Website, conquest, surveys, communications...)
  • Scanner and mobile application software maintenance
  • Call center panel supervision and support Teleperformance (Lisbon) & OLR (USA)
  • Direct attention to global external providers: OLR(USA) Logistic team (UK) Teleperformance (Lisbon), Telsolutions (USA) and local ones: communication & printing providers, etc...
  • Works in partnership with the country’s Input validation and Statistical Operations team according to execution requirements as defined by the process playbooks for Operations and associated project work.
  • Work with Recruitment in-house team.
