Responsibilities

  • Clients will be delegated by the Strategic Account Director (SAD) and the CSM will be looped in on a case-by-case basis.
  • Responsible for joining and leading editorial kick off calls, creating the text commission, booking the journalist, and gathering all assets.
  • Responsible for coordinating directly with the production team to ensure the production process is conducted smoothly, on time, and to our clients’ standards.
  • Responsible for delivering “White Glove Service” to our key client accounts.
  • Responsible for the creation of all Branded Social Videos and Posts for the Strategic Accounts team.
  • Required to work in office 3 days per week: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
