Responsibilities

  • Licensing contracts drafting and coordinating execution.
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters. Act as contractual liaison between company employees and customers, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations.
  • Maintain contractual records and documentation including insurance certificates, NDA’s, and all other contract correspondences.
  • As needed, provide guidance on contract matters to category managers or other operational staff, including training to new category managers and other employees in contracting practices and procedures.
  • Suggest and assist in development and implementation of procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.
  • Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
  • Ensure contract close-out (coordination of stock destruction letters, debt recovery letters, termination letters etc.), extension or renewal.
  • Point of contact for Category team, Licensees / agents for all matters regarding contracts.
  • Continuous liaison with the global offices and updating the status of contracts that are WIP.
