Responsibilities

  • Oversee and be responsible for specific contractual services which we procure for our customer- the Electricity National Control Centre (ENCC).
  • Ensure that the procurement of these services is in accordance with our Codes and License requirements.
  • Be an Account Manager, manage this relationship, address any queries within SLA and enable positive experiences with the ESO.
  • Undertake and support the development of new and existing products/ contracts working with a variety of teams from across the ESO.
  • Review and produce in accordance with our Legal Team, contractual documentation, side letters and formal messages to providers and stakeholders.
  • Communicate and present changes to services to external providers and key internal stakeholders.
  • Be accountable to uphold compliance and policy requirements with providers to ensure that their performance is monitored, and contractual terms are followed.
  • Identify business process improvements to new and existing contracts.
  • Manage and reduce risk management around the procurement of balancing services.
