Responsibilities

  • Définir, suivre et analyser les kpis financiers de l’entreprise
  • Déclarer mensuellement les tendances de CA et de redevances
  • Reporting données extra-financières (RH...)
  • Reporting Cash
  • Imputation des investissements
  • Suivis opérationnels divers (dont stocks, charges d'électricité (en contact avec ADP))
  • Mise en place des normes ESRS
  • Consolider et contrôler les états de reportings hebdomadaires de la société à destination de la Direction Générale
  • Maintenir et optimiser les différents états de reportings opérationnels de suivi des différentes activités (par terminal, Digital/ non digital…)
  • Réaliser des études et des analyses ponctuelles
  • Se coordonner avec la direction Data de l’entreprise afin de mettre en place et de suivre les Dashboards de l’entreprise
  • Suivre avec les représentants des actionnaires le correct fonctionnement des outils et la remontée des chiffres d’affaires
  • Définition et paramétrage des objectifs commerciaux. Calcul de la rémunération variable réelle.
  • Définition et mise à jour régulière d’une check list Audit
  • Contrôle du respect des risques identifiés avec chacune des directions
  • Mise en place de plan d’actions
  • Aider à la préparation des soutenances des différents Organes de la société (Conseils d’Administration, Assemblée Générale, FLIB, Directoire, …)
