Responsibilities

  • Responsable de l’offre, garant des délais de restitution, personnalisation et rédaction de l’offre. Gestion des échanges avec les interlocuteurs des Marchés Publics.
  • Analyser les risques, pénalités et les opportunités pour l’entreprise dans le respect de la stratégie, de la politique commerciale et du code des Marchés Publics.
  • Créer et mettre à jour la base de données Marchés Publics (moyens techniques, déploiement, produits, etc.) ainsi que les données pour le suivi de l’augmentation des Marchés dans le respect des conditions du CCAP (cahier des clauses administratives particulières).
  • Elabore la cotation auprès du pricing desk et la réponse financière à l’Appel d’Offre en accord avec la hiérarchie.
  • Respecte les exigences du système de management de la politique environnementale qui lui sont applicables, et contribue à leur mise en œuvre efficace pour l’atteinte des objectifs de son domaine. Il comprend l’importance de son rôle dans l’atteinte des objectifs environnementaux.
