Responsibilities

  • Als Teil unseres HR Teams Training & Development verantwortest du unser mehrfach im Jahr stattfindendes Onboarding- & Trainingsprogramm für juniore Neueinsteigende
  • Du übernimmst die aktive Teilnehmendenbetreuung im Programm und bist zudem die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Trainer*innen
  • Du bist für die Vorbereitung, Organisation sowie Moderation und Begleitung der verschiedenen Veranstaltungsblöcke über jeweils 2 Wochen inkl. Abendprogramm zuständig
  • Außerdem liegt die Nachbereitung, Evaluation sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Programms in der Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Stakeholdern in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Zudem unterstützt du in unterschiedlichen operativen und projektbezogenen Themen der Personalentwicklung wie der internen Trainingssteuerung oder der Weiterentwicklung des Trainingsangebotes
