Responsibilities

  • advising Rotork Plc and its subsidiaries on a wide array of matters such as commercial contracts (including framework agreements, master supply agreements, and agent/distributor/reseller agreements, as well as non-standard supply and purchase terms), litigation, data protection, employment and HR issues, mergers and acquisitions, internal restructuring, property deals, and intellectual property issues.
  • You will offer solutions to business challenges in a manner that is commercially savvy and straightforward.
  • You will be innovative in driving efficiencies and shaping business strategies.
  • Engaging with the Management Board, you will have a daily impact, ensuring that no two days are alike.
