Responsibilities

  • Retain existing key accounts, and look for business opportunities from potential accounts, strengthening Ecolab’s penetration to achieve annual sales and profit budget.
  • Creatively sell Ecolab’s products and services to the accounts. Identify additional needs which can be met by Ecolab.
  • Understand the key accounts’ needs and transmit these needs to the appropriate Ecolab personnel. Resolve problems between the corporate accounts and Ecolab.
  • Stay informed of key accounts’ personnel and policy changes and its influence on the products and services we provide and take corresponding actions.
  • Effectively coordinate product application, blueprint trial, on-site survey, new branch launch, contract sign and implementation, equipment installation, urge payment for goods, etc.
  • Provide the highest standard of service to key accounts. Conduct quarterly and monthly service reviews to ensure requirements are effectively met. Actively assist other business teams within Ecolab to help introduce additional product and service to current accounts.
  • Establish, implement and develop sales strategy for key accounts.
  • Negotiate profitable cooperation agreement with corporate accounts, ensuring new agreements have no damage to the former price.
  • Provide trainings on how to give the key accounts more effective service to sales staff.
  • Understand all available Ecolab resources which can support key accounts.
