  • To meet increasing demand in the Corporate Energy space and provide additional cover for upcoming leave, this 6-12 month fixed-term contract offers you the opportunity to work on high-profile energy transactions.
  • You will join one of the largest Corporate M&A teams outside London, sitting within our specialist Corporate Energy team. Our practice acts for developers, investors, and funders across solar, wind, biomass, AD, hydro, storage and energy from waste projects, as well as broader energy transition and Net Zero projects.
  • Key clients include BayWa, Bluefield, ENGIE, Gresham House, Octopus Energy Generation and Ripple Energy.
