Relevant work experience of at least 6-12 months in corporate finance with a focus on M&A, equity solutions, and/or DCM transactions is required, which can also include relevant internships in investment banking, corporate finance boutiques, management consultancy, private equity, or auditing/tax consulting.

Yes, a university degree in economics, business administration (or engineering), law, or a similar field with an international orientation and a focus on corporate finance and/or M&A is required.

Excellent proficiency in both German and English is required, along with very good communication and presentation skills.

Candidates should have professional MS Office skills, and familiarity with Factset and Bloomberg applications is also necessary.
