Responsibilities

  • Your responsibilities include highly quantitative analyses and their implementation in client-ready solutions and documents
  • You will support the team in the origination of new mandates and in advising our clients: this includes sourcing, analysis and preparation of market and company information, company analyses and valuations
  • During the preparation and execution of transactions, you will be responsible for managing certain parts of the projects such as valuation and financing models, information memoranda, investor overviews and management presentations, always under the guidance of experienced colleagues
  • You have a quick understanding of business models in different industries and support companies with strategic ideas
  • You discuss and justify your work results and have adequate communication and presentation skills (in German and English)
