Responsibilities

  • Your day-to-day duties and key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Research and analysis into potential buyers, acquisition targets, and markets.
  • Analysing and evaluating financial information.
  • Producing key sales documentation, management presentations, and reports.
  • Forecasting, financial modelling, and assisting clients with creating business plans.
  • Providing support on transaction project management.
  • Liaising with all transaction stakeholders including opposing advisors, legal teams, due diligence providers, tax advisers, and other intermediaries.
  • Supporting transaction strategy and negotiations.
  • Contributing to business development, supporting pitches, and deal origination.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with the M&A community, including private equity, funders, corporates, law firms, and other advisers.
