Responsibilities

  • Analysing transactions, companies, industries and macroeconomic trends to assess the growth potential and value of our clients
  • Conducting market research and identifying the opportunities that our clients can explore
  • Conducting comparable company and transaction analysis to prepare valuations
  • Generating informed opinions on strategic decisions and capital structure
  • Assisting on a wide-range of mid-market deals through the preparation of teaser documents, information memorandum and valuation reports
  • Assisting the wider team in ad-hoc research and analysis tasks
