  • We are looking to add a Senior Associate or Principal Associate to each of our Scottish offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
  • Such candidates would join our Scotland Corporate team that operates collegiately as one team across both offices.
  • We are keen to speak with candidates with good experience in advising on M&A deals and a range of other corporate transactions.
  • The role will see you take ownership of some transactions as well as working alongside a Partner as part of a local or national team on larger or more complex deals.
  • Mentoring and developing junior associates will also be a vital part of your role.
