  • Deep technical knowledge in two or more common G&A tools (Avalara, Concur, Coupa, Adaptive Insights, Workday, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience with integrations (NetSuite native, SAP Integration Center or middleware)
  • Exceptional systematic troubleshooting skills
  • Exceptional documentation skills with an emphasis on abstracting data to suite the needs of the stakeholder

Responsibilities

  • - Leveraging business systems to optimize standard business and accounting processes (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger)
  • - Planning and development of new NetSuite capabilities/enhancements/features
  • - Some systems administration tasks as needed
  • - Ensure quality of development work and solutions being deployed
  • - Partner with the Enterprise Architecture and Information Security functions to ensure proposed solutions align with security and regulatory compliance frameworks
  • - Work closely with other domain Architects in parallel domains to ensure cross-functional dependencies are evaluated, understood, and documented
  • - Create and present current, transition, and future state architectural diagrams to internal and external stakeholders
  • - Contribute to and enhance the Corporate Systems toolkit of templatized process frameworks and technology ecosystem model
  • - Create and maintain accurate documentation across the domain, including tech, application, and data layer diagrams and technical specification documents
  • - Continual research, learning, and evaluation of new tools, capabilities, and features that may offer additional value to Tanium
