Responsibilities

  • Engaging directly with employers and executives in relation to complex corporate tax related matters, including reorganisation, purchase and sale of companies, funding, corporate tax compliance management, dividend policy management, interest deductibility and all other matters corporate related.
  • Identifying issues such as transfer pricing, KDB, R&D and liaising with BDO specialists groups in these areas to ensure clients needs are met.
  • Provision of support with Revenue audits, to include pre-audit reviews and negotiating with Revenue.
  • Advising on residency and taxation issues with regard to foreign operations.
  • Developing pro-active relationships with other departments within the firm.
  • Researching technical tax issues for the partners.
