Responsibilities

  • Être l’interlocuteur Qualité du client pour le suivi opérationnel
  • Gérer les réserves et NC jusqu’à leur clôture : enregistrement, suivi de traitement, alerte le cas échéant
  • Réaliser des audits internes
  • Consolider et remonter les KPI relatifs aux différents suivis de la qualité opérationnelle (réserves, NC, contrôles travaux …)
  • Déployer les méthodes et outils de gestion des contrôles et accompagner les opérationnels dans leur mise en œuvre (phases recette usine, installation, essais)
  • Organiser, réaliser et suivre les points de contrôle du client
  • Surveiller l’application sur le chantier du système de contrôle travaux défini
  • Réaliser des contrôles qualité travaux en second regard
  • Gérer l’archivage des enregistrement des contrôles travaux
  • Être l’interlocuteur Environnement du client et des parties prenantes pour le suivi opérationnel
  • Réaliser et tenir à jour l’analyse environnementale du projet
  • Mettre en place le système de gestion des déchets
  • Consolider les registres de déchets et gérer les Trackdéchet projet le cas échéant
  • Surveiller la mise en application du système environnemental du projet
  • Réaliser des audits et des visites chantier
  • Gérer les non conformités environnementales du projet
  • Réaliser et formaliser les actions de sensibilisation sur chantier
  • Réaliser le reporting environnemental du projet
