Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Fuel to Grow EMEA & UK IFP pipeline & target setting and coordinate delivery of Logistic Gross and Net Productivity.
  • Be a point of reference between Transformation Office and Logistic Supply Chain for EMEA & UK, bringing relevant projects and information and calling out any risks/opportunities VS pipeline as well as wave tool initiatives management.
  • Coordinate the delivery of EMEA IFP Logistic Gross and Net Productivity and support building a pipeline for the future.
  • Coordinate the following key activities:
  • Functional idea scouting and Cost Transformation strategy development/deployment.
  • Annual and continuous ideation sprints to build a pipeline of potential initiatives.
  • Maturation process following ideation sprints to dimension and validate initiatives and their value.
  • Initiatives value forecasting, delivery and actualisation (quarterly forecasts, month end delivery).
  • Elevate and integrate same way of working within IFP new organization.
  • Play a situational role in the Fuel to Grow Management Infrastructure:
  • Sponsor Transformation Office team – bring UK+EMEA relevant projects and information.
  • Weekly program check in and escalation.
  • Identify and report any opps/risks vs pipeline.
  • Wave tool initiatives management and support with technical solutions wherever needed.
  • Provide Coaching and development of leaders and initiative owners for ECS related capabilities and delivery.
