Responsibilities

  • As a Creative Operations Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive solutions to media teams utilizing Storm’s process design services. You will be part of our remote global team building and maintaining client systems, but also troubleshoot issues and ensure the smooth experience of users as most of our clients are based in the PST time zone. Your critical eye and attention to detail will allow you to spot reported problems and tailor solutions for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Act as a point of contact for client teams, responding to queries and providing troubleshooting advice via various channels (e.g., email, chat, video conferencing)
