What is the salary range for the Crisis Response Counselor position?
The salary range is between $52,000 and $60,000 per year, based on education and clinical license.
What are the educational requirements for this role?
A Master's degree in a clinical or mental health discipline is required. Candidates within six months of graduating with a mental health or clinical Master’s degree may also be considered.
Is previous experience with youth required?
One year of clinical experience with youth is preferred.
What types of degrees are considered for this position?
Degrees that can be considered include Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Other degrees may need further evaluation.

Yes, counselors will be required to work non-traditional hours and must have flexibility in their schedule.

Yes, counselors may serve a 60+ mile radius from the office and will need their own vehicle for work purposes.

Do counselors need insurance for their vehicles?
Yes, counselors must have their own vehicle for work purposes along with liability insurance and an acceptable driving record, which includes three or fewer moving violations within the past 36 months.
